Position Title:              Community Outreach Coordinator

Reports To:                  Executive Director

Schedule:                    Full-Time Non-Exempt

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5 pm; flexible schedule; some evening/weekends required

JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Community Outreach Coordinator position is responsible for creating and implementing multimedia communications and public relations strategies, developing, organizing, and conducting child abuse, domestic violence, teen dating violence, and sexual assault prevention training.

Responsibilities include providing face-to-face presentations of child and adult programs, assisting with program marketing, and building constituent relationships. This position coordinates prevention, outreach, and education efforts, including but not limited to training, speaking engagements, presentations, fairs, and volunteer recruitment.
